  • What is the most common support issue?

    People experiencing Force Close/acore errors who cannot use their tablet because of the incessant error messages. At this point is recommended resetting the device back to factory settings. You can find the instructions for resetting the device here.
  • Where can I purchase a case for my AOC Breeze?

    Currently while there is no branded case for the Breeze, you can try a neoprene sleeve or check your local retailers for a generic case.
  • Can I connect a data card to my Breeze?

    The tablet cannot host a USB data card and therefore cannot be used with a data card. It will connect to wireless hotspots, but not through USB data connections.
  • Which Google Play™ applications can I use on The Breeze?

    For the most part you should be able to use any app that supports Android 2.3/4.x but there may be issues with certain file types of support by an application (Flash etc.)
